1. Cut the chicken into slices
2. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, then add the olive oil
3. Place the chicken into the pan and fry for 6-8 minutes
4. Arrange the chicken, onion, cheese and lettuce down the center of each tortilla
5. Roll the tortillas tightly and cut it in half
6. Place the tortillas onto the frying pan, seam-side down and heat over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes
