Whole Grain Bread
Margarine (80% fat with salt)
1. Toast the bread using a toaster or grill

2. Spread the butter/margarine over the bread

3. Heat the beans in the microwave or on the stove for 1-2 minutes

4. Place the toast on a plate and pour the baked beans over the top
